(although they call them sheep). I didn't bother asking prices because I don't have a clue what meat costs in the U.S.! |

You can sample the meat by asking the butcher to
cut a small piece and either eat it raw (yep) or sending it to the back to be cooked to order. If you like it, you buy as much as you need. |
